What happened to my account?

"I had an account on the old website. What happened with that?"

Don't worry, it still exists. However, due to technical changes in our new system, we couldn't import the old database with your details and order history into our new website.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, but hey, isn't it great to be able to start with a clean slate!?
